Channel Island House – Interior
A dream project, including everything from landscape to furniture and ironmongery. The style of the work has been contemporary, bringing out the history of the place with sensitivity and subtlety.
The seventeen different structures in the grounds were assessed and received thorough repairs, rebuilding and extension as appropriate, using high quality materials and workmanship.
Each room has interconnecting views through other rooms to the sea, designed to allow continually changing aspects as one moves around the interior. The square glass conservatory is constructed with glass beams and stainless steel frames. The grounds include walks and paths, terracing and viewing points.
