Life has been brought back to a derelict steading and courtyard, providing an Artist's Bothy, Studio, Education Room, Offices and Reception with associated landscaping for a Sculpture Park. The maximum amount of original construction has been retained, creating flexible and generous spaces. Close attention has been paid to details, including cast iron 'door mats' and 'branch' door handles.

'Sputnik' Entrance Gates were designed, in painted galvanised and polished stainless steel, to provide a suitable introduction.
